Lt. Gen. Chikadibia Obiakor (rtd)
Former United Nations Military Adviser for Peacekeeping Operations Former General Officer Commanding, Second Mechanized Division Former Force Commander of the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) appointed in January 2006. Former Commander, Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group (ECOMOG) Artillery Brigade in Liberia (1996 and 1997).
